YVONNE STRAHOVSKI (SARAH)AFTER honing her craft in the Australian TV industry, Strahovski, 29, landed the plum role of Sarah – something of a cross between Angelina Jolie in Tomb Raider and Maggie Q in Nikita.On her vision for Sarah in season five, she says: “I would like to see her have a successful married life and find a happy balance between that and the spy world. We will see how everything goes with this new company that they have opened up, and with Morgan having the Intersect – that’s going to be a wild ride.”As for the domino effect this development will have on their respective roles, she explains: “It’s going to be different taking care of Morgan with the Intersect than it was with Chuck – he has to become a full spy now. I think she is embracing the fact that he is coming into his own. But there will be a lot of marital spats with Morgan in the middle.”That Sarah has transformed from the first instalment goes without saying: “I would love to see her skydive, or rock climb. Basically, see her do some really crazy stunts.”What is Strahovski’s ideal ending for this season?“I think we probably have to end it with her getting pregnant with triplets or something. I guess it is all a bit emotional. But it’s comforting to know that our fans will follow us wherever we go now as actors – we hope they follow us.”

Yvonne Strahovski (born Yvonne Strzechowski July 30, 1982) is an Australian actress. Born in Australia to Polish immigrant parents, Strahovski speaks Polish and English. Strahovski was born in Campbelltown, a suburb of Sydney. Her parents had emigrated from Warsaw, Poland. She adopted the more phonetic spelling of Strahovski as her stage name at Chuck producer Josh Schwartz’s behest for the sake of easier pronunciation. Strahovski moved to Los Angeles in 2007, although she has returned to Australia to work. After her acting success, her parents moved to the USA to be near her.Strahovski started acting when she played Viola in a school production of Twelfth Night. She spent her high school years attending Santa Sabina College, Strathfield. She graduated from University of Western Sydney’s Theatre Nepean in 2003. After graduating from the University of Western Sydney she acted in three Australian television shows. She sent in her audition tape for the show Chuck while in the United States auditioning for NBC’s 2007 series Bionic Woman, which ended up going to Michelle Ryan. Constellation Awards Fill The Saturn Void, Nominate Actual Sci-Fi
Since most mainstream awards like the Oscars or the Golden Globes are biased against genre entertainment, we used to look to the Saturn Awards as a way to recognize great science fiction. This year though, as discussed previously on this site, the Satties dropped the ball and joined the Oscars in awarding Hollywood garbage. Maybe it’s time to look to the Constellation Awards instead.
The Constellation Awards are Canada’s awards for excellence in Science Fiction film and television. They’ve been running for six years and they’ve just announced their latest batch of nominees. They’re focused more on shows and actors with a connection to Canada, so that skews the results so much. But at least they’ve actually nominated science fiction.

The Third Birthday Revisited On The Vita – Under The Radar Review
From a story perspective, you have everything the original Parasite Eve games had, with the addition of voice acting. The 3rd Birthday, for the most part, is translated well from the original Japanese script, so conversations aren’t broken and make sense. Yvonne Strahovski (who also portrays Miranda Lawson in the Mass Effect series) does a good job with the script she’s handed. Unfortunately, the Aya Brea portrayed in The 3rd Birthday isn’t as strong of a character as the previous games. In the originalParasite Eve, Aya was a rookie NYPD cop who chased down ten-foot-tall monsters while waving a badge and a gun, whereas in The 3rd Birthday she seems more meek, fragile and soft spoken. While the reason behind this is explained later in the story and is in part due to her memory loss, it doesn’t feel like the Aya that we all grew up with in the late 90s.
